- You'll pay a set fee as per your order form.
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are due upon receipt and before accessing our services.
- Inform CuMinds innovations of any billing information changes.
- Fees exclude Indian taxes (GST, etc.). You are responsible for these.
- CuMinds innovations will provide tax documents (like PAN) for your withholding needs.
- Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest or the legal maximum.
- CuMinds innovations may require shorter payment terms for future subscriptions.
- Access to our services may be suspended until overdue amounts are settled.
- CuMinds innovations won't penalize you for reasonable disputes if you're actively resolving them.
- You might need to provide documents to help CuMinds innovations apply correct taxes
